“I have chosen to use this exhibition to establish a different kind of forum for reflection, one that corresponds more to a dialogue between the works of the different artists. In this way, each work, made for the place, will define around it a space of thought in which it can be discussed. The result will not be an inconsistent and disparate mix, but rather the exhibition of five works that, while having the same prerogatives and expressing very similar concerns, will interpret the space in very diverse ways. Several works made in situ and sharing the same place usually tend to negate each other. The exhibition takes this statement as a challenge.”
